About Niata

Growing older is inevitable. How you age isn't.

The choices you make today shape how you'll feel in ten or twenty years. Niata is designed for people who take action before problems appear.

Your body doesn't have the same needs all day. During the day it requires energy, focus and protection. At night it shifts into repair, recovery and regeneration.

Most supplements ignore this with a single formula. Niata doesn't. Our Day Formula supports energy and cellular health, while our Night Formula supports recovery, sleep and repair—working with your body's natural 24-hour rhythm.

Your body doesn't run on a single rhythm. By day, it needs energy, focus and protection. By night, it shifts into recovery, repair and regeneration.

Most supplements ignore this with a single formula. Niata doesn't.

The Day Formula supports energy, focus and cellular health. The Night Formula supports recovery, sleep and repair—working with your body's natural 24-hour cycle.

Niata was founded by Franka and Thomas, two people who set out to build the product they'd been looking for and couldn't find. The questions that shaped it were the ones they were already asking themselves: about their own energy, their own recovery, and the years ahead, both for themselves and for the people they love.

Soon after launch, dermatologist Dr. Brenninkmeijer took an interest in Niata. She began using it, and then offering it in her own practice. That conviction grew into a partnership.

The long view Longevity isn't a sprint, and it can't be sold in a single bottle. It's the sum of what you do consistently. The mornings you show up for yourself, and the nights you let your body truly recover.Niata is built to support exactly that, every day and every night, for the long run. Because the goal was never simply to live longer. It's to feel better for longer — and to still recognise yourself in the years to come.

I don't believe in trends, but in treatments and supplements that are backed by scientific evidence and a clear mechanism of action.
