Shipping policy

The delivery time in The Netherlands is typically one business day after the order has left our warehouse. Rest assured that once your order has been dispatched, the shipping carrier is legally responsible for the package's safe and timely delivery.

Please be aware that we only ship orders on business days. If you place an order before 22:00 on a business day, it will be shipped the same day.* However, orders made during the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed on the following business day.

* Orders with destination The Netherlands and Belgium will be shipped the same day if ordered before 22:00.

Orders with destination Germany have an estimated delivery of 1–2 business days.

Orders shipping to other EU countries have an estimated delivery of 2–4 business days.

Orders with destination the United States have an estimated delivery of 5–8 business days.

Orders with destination the United Kingdom have an estimated delivery of 5–10 business days.

Orders with destination Australia have an estimated delivery of 7–8 business days.
