Terms of Service – Food Supplements (Netherlands/EU Compliant)

1. General & Applicability
These Terms of Service apply to the sale of dietary supplements via our website.
Customers must be at least 18 years old or legally competent according to Dutch law.

2. Product Classification & Regulation
* Our products are classified as dietary supplements, not medicines.

* We do not make medical claims. All health claims comply with Regulation (EC) No. 1924/2006.

* Product labeling follows the Dutch Warenwetbesluit Voedingssupplementen, including:
    * Recommended daily dosage

    * A disclaimer that supplements do not replace a varied diet

    * Warning to keep out of reach of children

    * Full list of ingredients

    * Batch number and best-before date

    * Storage instructions

    * Name and address of the producer or distributor

* Ingredients comply with EU lists for approved vitamins, minerals, and botanicals (Directive 2002/46/EC).


3. Responsibility & Safety
* As the producer or importer, we are legally responsible for product safety and compliance.

* Our supplements do not contain banned substances and do not exceed legal limits for contaminants.

* If a product poses a health risk, the Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA) may intervene.


4. Orders & Delivery
* Placing an order constitutes an offer; the purchase agreement is concluded upon our confirmation.

* Prices include 9% VAT, applicable to food supplements in the Netherlands.

* Delivery terms and expected timeframes are stated during checkout.


5. Health Claims & Marketing
* All claims comply with EU and Dutch advertising laws:
    * No misleading or unapproved health/medical claims

    * Only EFSA-authorized health claims are used

    * Marketing materials respect consumer protection laws


6. Liability
* We are liable for defective products under Dutch civil law.

* We are not liable for misuse of the product or for failure to follow usage instructions.

* Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.


7. Privacy & Cookies
* We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

8. Governing Law & Disputes
* These terms are governed by Dutch law.

* Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
